All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, buttons, icons, images, digital downloads, data compilation, is the property of Silhouette or its content suppliers and protected by Canada and International copyright laws. All software used on this site is the property of Silhouette or its software suppliers and protected by Canada and International copyright laws.

Your Account

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Security        

Silhouette has implemented Secure Layered technology, one of the most robust encryption platforms available. Your credit card information will be encrypted from the moment you enter it until your transaction is processed, and will not be saved on a public server. Certain versions of browsers and some firewalls do not permit access through secure server. If this is true in your case, you will not be able to connect to the server. Please place your order directly to Silhouette by calling our store location at 1 250 334 9219.

Shipping

Silhouette uses Canada Post to deliver customer orders that request delivery.  We use pre-paid envelopes for your orders. Please check your freight costs prior to purchasing through Silhouette.

All freight cost will be at the customer expense. At no time will Silhouette incur any freight cost for delivery of any orders made on this website. By clicking “I have read the terms and conditions” the customer accepts all responsibilities for the cost that may be incurred for the delivery of customer orders by Canada Post through Silhouette.

Shipping Policy

We currently deliver orders within Canada only. Silhouette ships orders by Canada Post www.canadapost.ca.  Small orders sent by Canada Post are Pre Paid and are sent Xpress Post. For more details, please read our Terms and Conditions.

Back Orders

Every effort is made to ship orders complete. Customers will be notified via email or phone in the event of a backorder.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be emailed to sales@silhouette-dance.com before 6:00PM Pacific Time on the current business day. Cancellation requested cannot be guaranteed.

Discounts

Discounts (where applicable) will be given at the time of order processing.

Return Policy

Any product with a defect in craftsmanship or material will be replaced. All returns for online orders can be made within 14 days of shipment for exchange or store credit only (less shipping charges), there are NO REFUNDS. Only products that have not been worn and/or opened will be able to return to Silhouette. Items purchased online from this website must be returned directly to Silhouette using the methods described in the return policy that is included with each order.

Returns (please allow 1-2 weeks for processing)

1.Must be sent postage paid.
2.Must be in new, resalable condition in the original packaging with tags still attached.
3.Shoe boxes must not be damaged.
4.Must include return form (included in your packaging)
5.Must include a copy of your receipt. If you send the original, it will not be returned.
6.We are not responsible for lost or stolen returned packages, we strongly suggest you insure your return shipment.

All orders from Silhouette are currently being shipped by CANADA POST due to high pricing of small parcels by Greyhound.

CANADA POST will be used for small and large packages to lower the cost of freight, and the packages will also be delivered to you home address. We currently have 2 Xpresspost envelopes, the Small 26cm x 16cm and the Large 32cm x 24cm, and large boxes are sent Expedited Parcel.

The cost of the Small  envelope is $12.00 plus GST  the Large Envelope is $15.00 plus GST, and this price is British Columbia only. For packages outside BC the customer will be informed by Silhouette of any extra cost.

The Xpress Post Small fits a pair of Ballet Slippers or a bodysuit or 2 pairs of tights.
The Xpress Post Large can hold twice as much and it can all be delivery to your home.
